Here are some of the ideas I had in mind whilst making the work.
I was thinking about the representations, of women in art history, I wanted to suggest a link with that tradition (an alternative one). The solitary women in a landscape or interior where the setting explains you the person's identity, history and interior life - the impact of trauma.
